Low voltage lighting systems require basic and regular maintenance to continue to function properly. Weathering, landscape maintenance, children and pets cause wear and tear on your system. Our optional maintenance program will assure your system remains fully functional and synchronized.
The program offers:
- spring and spring/fall visits
- complete cleaning and adjusting of fixtures (in and out).
- voltage testing
- transformer testing and clock adjustments (daylight savings time).
- minor pruning of plant growth and rebury exposed wires.
- replacement of burnt out bulbs.
Payment is due upon completion of a service visit. A 20% discount is offered when committing to both spring and fall visits in advance. |
